Asset loans are generally used by senior people over 55 years of age who may still be doing some form of part time work , employed or may be on a self employed basis with ABN.
Asset lend - is a loan against your home or investment property up to estimated 60% to 70% of the value of your home.
These loans are assessed on a "case by case" basis only, depending on a personal situation and circumstances.
